• Re: A Fair(y) Use Tale

Well, i just got called out in the video game thread by Arthur, who insists that i shall not have *any* wind-down time at all, and that all eighteen daily waking hours available to me should be fully occupied with various integrally-informed minutia.Damn you Arthur, can't a kid just play some Halo in peace?Creative Commons--i think this movement ...

  • Re: Integral Video Games: Reloaded

Well, as a general update, my most staunch ILP practice, which included two weeks of intensive 3-body workout and a daily regimen of vita-boosted Jamba Juice, has finally yielded some demonstrable and quantifiable results.I beat Halo 3 in ''Heroic'' mode.Am i the first Integralite to do so?Any of y'all have an Xbox 360? Look up my gamer tag ...

What did you guys think of this week's talk? I really enjoyed editing it--her laughter is so warm and unassuming, and her intelligence really shines through. I was pleasantly surprised at what a great talk it was.... I've never been the biggest fan of her music, but this talk really gave me a newfound respect for her as an artist.

  • Re: Dead Forever?

Yep, there's been a lull. But no, things are most decidedly not dead. If you need more explicit signs of life, check out hasn't been as much staff participation here as perhaps everyone would like. We are still reading the forums every single day, and responding when appropriate. Fortunately, there ...

  • Re: Comments on IS Call:"World of the Terribly Obvious" Part 2

Hey Charles - i agree as well! I have typically regarded synchronicity as a sort of ''bridge'' connecting the ''seperate self'' with a ''higher self'', something which--when authentically experienced--brings a sometimes subtle/sometimes explicit sense of one's place in the overall story. (I say ''higher self'' because that infers a higher ...

Hey thanks for initiating the conversation FF. I had a great time talking with Ken in this call, especially since synchronicity is something i have always been fascinated with, and have never previously heard Ken comment on it one way or the other. So in that sense, it felt like a really important call, the implications of which i am ...

''Let me tell you why you're here. You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life. That there's something wrong with the world--you don't know what it is, but it's there. Like a splinter in your mind.''God, i love that quote. I even used ...
