Lindsey, Yes I agree, too underrated! Its low tech (no maintenance plans, no batteries) ,simple and economical! Great exercise, fast paced, skill levels range from beginners to advanced and everyone can be involved from children to adults and dogs love them. • More Fun Than A Barrel Of Monkees

It's Fathers Day. I took the kids to out and got an old classic...A Wham-O Frisbee. We had a blast throwing the Frisbee around. It put a huge dent in my pocket though at 2.99 . Probably the best fun and the most skilled exercise anyone could get for pocket change. Its even something you can incorporate into ones ILP!Dan

Jess, I have always loved seeing Eckhart Tolle. I believe he is one of a handful of authentic spiritual teachers. Not as heady as Ken Wilber, but refreshingly light and stuff happens on the non-conceptual level (if one is receptive and resonates with that). I guess its like comparing a rich German Chocolate layer cake with Apple pie and ice

  • Re: If You Want To Piss Someone Off...

Flammable Timelody? Cool! On a cold winter day instead of throwing logs on the fire we could throw loaves of Wonder bread on the fire! I have also heard that it makes great glue, better than Elmers even! Some old mischievousness must be peeking out here (I've been feeling rather red lately.) When I was in high school I went ...

  • If You Want To Piss Someone Off...

Next time you're at a grocery store or supermarket, take some Wonder Bread from the bread isle, smash it flat and wad it into a small ball of dough, then place it back on the shelf. Hummm....I wonder about that bread! Note: Only to be attempted in ones imagination. The ethics of the actual act are questionable.

Hi Jess, I have seen Eckhart Tolle several times in the past and was at a former Omega retreat of his. It was very stimulating and I saw it as a step in my growth and devlopment. I'll elaborate more as I must go to work now. I'll post more this weekend! Cheers, Dan

  • A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To My Lucid Dream

It started when I began rereading Dan Millmans Way Of The Peaceful Warrior which I had not picked up since I was 30 years old when my life was a wasteland and I thought it would help me with some wisdom on paper and ink. The first night after I read the beginning pages of the book I had an intense lengthly lucid dream with Eckhart Tolle in it. ...
