    As far as I have understood, the trick of these CDs are playing a continous tone with different frequency in each ear. Fortunately, if money is an issue, there is a semifree shareware program that let you generate such frequencies yourself. Check it out here I think the first CDs in the Holosync program start with 140Hz or something, and ...
