• Re: Integral goes National in Canada!

I heard the clip as a bit of an Orange/Green mangle. But at any rate the clip can be found here: http://www.cbc.ca/thecurrent/2008/200802/20080204.html (it is #3 and the ILP mention is about 7 min in). Mark

  • Re: Mark's ongoing trial of Holosync (periodically updated)

Update through 1/29/2008 It has been 125 days since I first did Holosync and in that time I would estimate that I have only skipped doing it about 5 days in total. While there have been a few instances in which I have repeated the Immersion track for a 90 min. session and in the first 2 weeks I only did the 30 min ...

  • Re: bipolar or waking up?

I am in the process of watching all of the videos on wakinguporbipolar and will comment a little. I will comment some more, later, when I have finished them all. I will just note a few quick things. It only takes one Manic Episode in order to receive a diagnosis of Bipolar I disorder. While about 90% of those with ...

  • Re: bipolar or waking up?

Chris, be VERY careful with this line of thinking. While there are indeed 'spiritual emergencies' or 'existential crises' that need to be worked through in order to reach a more whole and integrated state of being; Bipolar disorder is a SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS that can seriously wreck your life and/or kill you if you do not manage it. ...

  • Re: Holosync or ILP?

I purchased both. The ILP kit I bought about a little over a year ago. It changed my life. While I am still bringing practices on-line and there was a lot of inertia on my part at first etc., it was well worth it in my opinion. Just the Big Mind DVD itself was well worth it to me. I had a profound and ...

  • Re: Holy Shit! I-I Endorses Holosync!

Am I correct in understanding that you would be able to make your own CDs with the basic model or would you have to buy their professional or commercial model? Mark

  • Update through 10/15/2007

Update through 10/15/2007 Ok it has been about 3 weeks since I first started doing Holosync every night (have only missed 1 day so far). I have moved up from the 30 min. Awakening Prologue Dive track to the 60 min. Dive + Immersion. There is definitely a notable 'push' present with the program. I have found myself

  • Re: Teleology, Meaning of Life, and is this all a SCAM?

Ok... so there is a lot to address there. First, my answers will be a little direct, there is no hostility intended in them so I hope you do not hear them in that way. I am just going to answer directly from where I am sitting at this particular junction in the space-time continuum. andrew: I've got a few things to ...

  • Re: Alex Grey and Ken discuss Zen Art

^Sure, but there is no hesitation in one's hesitating while in the non-dual. Some Zen art just really blows me away... I saw one Daruma (Bodhidharma) picture that was literally one simple brushstroke ever so vaguely outlining a figure and yet it communicated the experience of no-self so perfectly it actually stopped my thinking in ...
