Hi all

Not that I can readily afford it, but my computer may need to be replaced soon.  Does anybody know of reputable online companies from which I can buy a computer that works well and is not too expensive?  Bonus points if they'll install linux or at least refrain from installing (and charging me for) a bundled Microsoft operating system. 

Any general advice on ordering computers online would also be good, including pointing me in the direction of any dedicated forum or other online resource that discusses such matters in a useful and accessible manner.
