What do people think of the gamma compassion cd that bill harris the creator of holosync has produced?

Just started working with it - hope to have something to report in a couple of weeks.

I listened to it once or twice, didn't feel drawn to it and couldn't figure out how it fit into the program (other than wanting to do holosync two hours a day which I do not).

Holosync instructions say you can swap it for Immersion every other day - making for 1hr.

It does seem to be as effective as the other Holosync discs - had a great session with it tonight. It has also seemed to help me raise the frequency of my metta meditations through out the day.
