    New "Tricycle" Tele-Teachings

    To:  All

The response to Tricycle's first series of Tele-Teachings was so overwhelmingly positive that we have decided to continue the program: a groundbreaking way for anyone, anywhere, to access true, authentic dharma.

All you need is a telephone. Call in to weekly classes from your home, office, or car — wherever you happen to be — for live study and meditation with some of today’s most beloved Buddhist teachers.

We are pleased to announce this series’ outstanding line-up, featuring: Tsultrim Allione, Stephen Batchelor, Lama Surya Das, Mark Epstein, Ken McLeod, Reggie Ray, Sharon Salzberg, Robert Thurman and Traleg Rinpoche.

The series gets off to an exceptional start with Tsultrim Allione's Feeding Your Demons on September 6. Click here for more details and simple registration.

People participate in Tele-Teachings from all over the world, forming a virtual sangha for each course. Telephone transmission — from the teacher's mouth to your ear — is surprisingly powerful and intimate.

The experience is interactive. Email questions (during class or after) for the teacher to answer, and discuss elements of the course with other participants in the online forum.

The teachings are easily accessible. If you miss a class, dial in to listen to the recording during the following week, or download a digital audio file (MP3) for use on your computer or portable audio device.

We encourage you to deepen your practice and understanding by taking one or more of these enlightening, accessible, interactive, and affordable Tele-Teaching courses. And please, let your friends and family know about this precious opportunity by forwarding this e-mail to anyone who you think might be interested.

    May all benefit
