All you need is a telephone. Call in to weekly classes from your home, office, or car — wherever you happen to be — for live study and meditation with some of today’s most beloved Buddhist teachers.

People participate in Tele-Teachings from all over the world, forming a virtual sangha for each course. Telephone transmission — from the teacher's mouth to your ear — is surprisingly powerful and intimate.

The experience is interactive. Email questions (during class or after) for the teacher to answer, and discuss elements of the course with other participants in the online forum.

The teachings are easily accessible. If you miss a class, dial in to listen to the recording during the following week, or download a digital audio file (MP3) for use on your computer or portable audio device.
