Well II friends, seems i have been called out of town for an extended bit of work, and after due, due consideration, i have decided to take the trip. But, oh.... i won't have internet.... I am disappointed to leave this thread hanging so. (attachments, attachments...) Maybe, maybe, you will perpetuate it in my stead? It would be wonderful to come ...

I suppose i'll have to try it out when i get back in a kitchen....yeah, soy is good for us... the doc tells me my cholesteral levels are looking better. Hi Charles, and thanks for your pizza! It sounds great. Tonight i decided on my favorite meal, which my sister perfected when her kids were about the same age as mine. ''Skip it'' is easier than pie and there are no dishes to clean up! Well, maybe the kids cereal bowls. but incase there are folks who would like to add to their recipe ...

  • Integral food, anyone?

My practice of conscious behavior has extended its reach to my diet, more and more in the last year. Given that food can be a creative work, and also a social magnet that holidays and celebrations embrace, I wonder if there is an audience here in the forum and integral community who might like to share their ''integral and conscious'' ...

  • Re: Comments on A Goldmine of Suffering

Hi again,When I recieved my first Reiki treatment during surgical recovery, I asked my practioner if she felt drained at the end of a long day of ''working'' on people. She replied that she felt quite energized by the process, and I can now atest to that as being true for me also. That is what happens for me in a similar way with the ...

I find this practice to be very liberating: at once, a seemingly indulgent but yet, universaly beneficial, activity. It's guided very well on the ILP media by Willow Pearson. Thanks Willow, Ken and Diane. When your tired of the focus on ''me''... give it a try.

Howdy boys, (and viewing girls,) seems the great thing about fresh air is that it's new air....Maybe we all need a little trip....trip and trip and trip, trip, and trip...what? Maybe you don't recall the Warner Brothers reference?... it's frivolous, to be sure. .. ah, well, here we go anyway: TakeoffFly-AwayLand

When i find similar themes in more than a few places, I tend to give the holon, or map in this case, more consideration. Witz, I love the Love Guru, and i am quite fond of his yoga poses, i practice daily the posture illustrated central bottom. Love ta ''yoose all.''

  • Re: Integral Spirituality and Healing in Peru

Hello Arthur, and thank you for starting such a thoughtful thread. What an amazing way to create harmony, this act of healing others. I hope Sacred Valley does well and is up and running soon!I have been gaining some understanding in the practice of Reiki and I wonder if there are any thoughts out there on how that energy can be described in ...
