Q: WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

A: This policy covers how Integral Institute treats personal information that Integral Institute collects and receives. "Personal information" is defined as information about you that is personally identifiable, like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Integral Institute does not own or control, or to people that Integral institute does not employ or manage.

Q: WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL YOU COLLECT?

A: When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Once you register with Integral Institute and sign into our services, you are not anonymous to us. Integral Institute automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you request.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN ACCESSING THE SITE?

A: No minors under 18 will be allowed to register with Integral Institute. If a child does enter the site by gaining his or her parents' or guardians' password, the parent or guardian thus assumes all liability for the child's behavior on the site and Integral Institute is indemnified from all claims arising from the child's access. If a child causes a disturbance while using the account of his or her parent or guardian, the parent or guardian will be held responsible and his or her account may be terminated.

Q: WILL YOU BE SHARING OR DISCLOSING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE SOURCES?

A: No. Integral Institute does not rest, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or serves you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
o We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
o We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Integral Institute's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
o We transfer information about you if Integral Institute is merged with another company. In this event, Integral Institute will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Integral Institute displays advertisements on several pages. Advertisers may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria. Integral Institute does not otherwise actively provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view an ad. Further, Integral Institute uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your request for products and services, improve our services, contact you, and conduct research.

Q: WILL MY COMPUTER BE RECEIVING COOKIES?

A: Integral Institute may set and access Integral Institute cookies on your computer to track your usage, but will not share or sell that information to anyone. Integral Institute may allow other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Integral Institute cookies. Integral Institute uses web beacons to access Integral Institute cookies inside and outside our network of web sites and in connection with our products and services.

Q: HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT INFO AND PREFERENCES?

A: You can cancel your account by visiting our Account Deletion page. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to Integral Institute services, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Integral Institute newsletter, that are considered part of your Integral Institute account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Q: HOW IS INTEGRAL INSTITUTE KEEPING MY INFORMATION SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL?

A: We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Our servers and databases are protected by firewalls and passwords. This does not include information, such as name, location and email address that you post on either the White Pages or Yellow Pages, and that may be viewed by any member. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Q: WILL THIS POLICY CHANGE AT ANY TIME?

A: Integral Institute may update this policy at any time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Integral Institute account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

  Copyright and Intellectual Property Notice

Integral Institute encourages the sharing of ideas and thoughts, but also demands that credit be given where it is due. Thus, we respect the intellectual property of others and we ask our users to do the same. Integral Institute may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Integral Institute's Copyright Agent the following information:

1. An electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
2. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
